Already for the fifth consecutive year, the Kids Island will be created in the Positivus Festival; and for the first time it is done in cooperation with the children-friendly brand Apovit SmartKidz. The youngest Festival’s visitors will have the possibility to play and meet other children and to take part in various activities. The time spent on the Island will be made more exciting also by the Children Art Studio Azote, the Children Science Centre Z(in)oo, the Latvian Nature Museum, the Nature Conversation Agency, Varis Toys, pasakas.net, Agris Daņiļevičs’ Dance School Dzirnas and others. The children will be in safe hands all the time with the fabulous nannys from the kindergarten Laumiņu rezidence.

New additions to the Positivus festival programme feature one of the most notable alternative British hip-hop artists Tricky, the legendary saxophone player Pharoah Sanders and band, as well as the prominent Latvian Blues Band with special guest, the rising Nigerian soul star Justina Lee Brown.
