When using the Positivus festival online web store, take into account the following rules that determine the relations between SIA “POSITIVUS GRUPA” registration number 40003616297, legal address: ŪDENS IELA 12-106, Rīga, LV-1007, Latvija (from here on VENDOR) and a person (from here on CUSTOMER) who makes a purchase at the www.positivusfestival.com online store.

The VENDOR is responsible for the trade of e-tickets and goods. The VENDOR cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged e-tickets. The EVENT ORGANISERS are responsible for cancellation, postponing, change of venue, ticket re-purchasing and /or compensation unless specified otherwise.

The VENDOR sells event tickets only in the form of E-TICKETS at the online web store www.positivusfestival.com. All E-TICKETS are in a PDF format and are sent to the e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the printing and safekeeping of the PDF file. The CUSTOMER is given 30 minutes to complete every e-ticket purchasing step. The purchase can be made using a payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro) or using the Swedbank or Nordea internet banking. If the payment is not made within the given 30 minutes, the e-ticket becomes available for public purchase and the CUSTOMER has to make the transaction anew.

By using the online web store for purchasing e-tickets and/or goods, the CUSTOMER acknowledges that he/she is over the legal age of 18 and therefore a fully liable person (persons from the ages of 7-18  with limited liability require an adult’s affirmation for the rights to use the Positivus online store); a person of legal age whose representative has full rights to use the Positivus web store and be held accountable on their behalf; they comply and follow the Positivus web store rules and regulations; do not use a third party payment card for purchasing e-tickets and/or goods. The CUSTOMER willingly submits personal information required for a successful transaction at the Positivus web store.

The VENDOR guarantees the confidentiality of the submitted information. The CUSTOMER can acquire a maximum amount of 6 e-tickets per purchase. Any misuse of the Positivus web store’s content or information for illegal purposes, including selling and re-selling, advertising or other commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without the prior written agreement from the VENDOR.

The VENDOR and the EVENT ORGANIZER cannot be held accountable whether the person using the e-ticket is the same person who has purchased the specific e-ticket and therefore cannot be held accountable for any inflicted damage in this case. The VENDOR and the EVENT ORGANIZER cannot be held accountable for the malicious dissemination of e-tickets. In case of forgery, only the first person to display the e-ticket will be admitted into the territory. The purchased e-tickets are not reimbursable or changeable. Any disagreement between the CUSTOMER and the VENDOR are to be settled according the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

It is strictly forbidden to use the [Positivus festival] tickets for commercial promotions, campaigns and lotteries without prior agreement with the event organisers.
